How to fix over current during acceleration of ENC Inverter?
    • F
      fgarciaAug 6, 2025
If the ENC Inverter experiences overcurrent during acceleration, several factors could be responsible. It might be due to an accelerating time that is too short, in which case you should prolong the accelerating time. Another cause could be an improper V/F curve; try adjusting the V/F curve setting, manually adjust torque boost, or switch to automatic torque boost. If the motor is restarting while rotating, set the speed checking restart function. Also, check the input power supply in case of low voltage. If the inverter's power is too small, opt for a higher-power inverter. Lastly, under vector control, check the motor wiring for good condition if there's a loss of output phase.

What to do if ENC EN600PV Inverter shows overvoltage during deceleration?
    • M
      moonbrandyAug 12, 2025
If your ENC Inverter is showing an overvoltage error during deceleration, there are a few things to investigate. First, the decelerating time may be too short, so prolonging it could resolve the issue. If you have a potential energy load or a large inertia load, consider increasing the braking power of the external energy consumption braking subassembly. Check the input power supply for any unwonted input voltage. Also, ensure that the accelerating/decelerating time is appropriately set and prolonged if too short. Finally, if the input voltage changes abnormally, assemble a reactor.

Why ENC EN600PV Inverter shows overcurrent during constant speed?
    • C
      Caitlin JimenezAug 19, 2025
If the ENC Inverter is showing overcurrent during constant speed, it could be due to a sudden load change or unwonted phenomena; in this case, check or reduce saltation of the load. Also, check if the Acc./Dec. time is set too short, and prolong the accelerating/decelerating time properly. Low power source voltage can cause this problem, so check the input power supply. The inverter's power might also be a bit small, so consider choosing an inverter with higher power.

What causes overcurrent during deceleration in ENC EN600PV Inverter?
    • A
      Aaron PatrickAug 25, 2025
If you're experiencing overcurrent during deceleration with your ENC Inverter, it could be due to a few reasons. The decelerating time might be too short, so prolonging it is a possible solution. Another cause could be having a potential energy load or a big Inertia load. Also, the power of the inverter might be a bit small, so consider choosing an inverter with high-power.

How to troubleshoot overvoltage during acceleration of ENC Inverter?
    • D
      Denise MorseAug 30, 2025
If the ENC Inverter displays an overvoltage error during acceleration, it could be due to a few reasons. Check the input power supply for unwonted input voltage. If the Acc. time is set too short, prolong the accelerating time properly. Also, if the motor restarts while rotating, set the speed checking restart function.
