Adjust the variable feet to ensure the plate sits securely but can be easily removed. Tighten screws firmly.
Wipe the Plancha surface with a damp cloth before the first use.
Preheat sufficiently with the hood closed for optimal heat absorption and retention.
Ensure food liquids do not fully evaporate to prevent burning.
Place on heat-resistant surface, use grill gloves, and avoid cold water contact.
Do not douse hot Plancha with cold water or immerse in cold water.
Use wood, plastic, silicone, or suitable stainless-steel utensils to avoid damaging enamel.
The Plancha is not dishwasher-safe and should be cleaned by hand.
