Why won't my Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace burner light using the igniter?
    • S
      Stacie CampbellAug 12, 2025
There could be several reasons why the burner won't light with the igniter: * The LP gas tank valve might be closed. Ensure the regulator is securely attached and the tank valve is open. * The LP gas tank could be low or empty. Exchange, refill, or replace the tank. * There might be an LP gas leak. Close the tank valve, wait 5 minutes, and check for leaks. * The battery may need replacing. Replace the AA battery. * The electrode and burners could be wet. Wipe them dry with a cloth. * There may be a cracked or broken electrode, a loose or disconnected wire, a shorting wire, or a bad igniter. In these cases, replacement parts may be needed.

What to do if the Endless Summer GAD15236L has a sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height?
    • S
      Shannon MoralesAug 16, 2025
A sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height can occur if the LP gas tank is empty, in which case you should exchange, refill, or replace the LP gas tank. Alternatively, the overfilling prevention device may have been activated. To resolve this: 1. Turn the control knob to “OFF”. 2. Wait 30 seconds. 3. Light the outdoor fireplace. If the flames are still too low, reset the overfilling prevention device: * Turn control knob(s) “OFF”. * Turn LP gas tank valve to “CLOSED”. * Disconnect regulator. * Turn control knobs to (HIGH). * Wait one minute. * Turn control knobs to “OFF”. * Reconnect regulator and leak check connections, being careful not to fully open valve. * Light outdoor fireplace.

How to fix Endless Summer GAD15236L Outdoor Fireplace burner that will not light with a match?
    • B
      Brian SotoAug 19, 2025
If the burner doesn't light with a match, it could be due to several reasons: * Check if the LP gas tank is empty and exchange, refill, or replace if needed. * There might be an LP gas leak. Close the tank valve, wait 5 minutes, and check for leaks. * The coupling nut and regulator might not be fully connected. Tighten the coupling nut by hand until it stops. * There could be an obstruction of gas flow. Clear the burner/venturi tube and check for bent or kinked hose. * The burner might be disengaged from the valve. Re-engage the burner and valve. * Spider webs or insect nests might be in the burner/venturi tube. Clean the burner/venturi tube. * The burner ports could be clogged or blocked. Clean the burner ports.

Why does the Endless Summer GAD15236L Outdoor Fireplace flame keep going out?
    • A
      Andrew ColemanAug 25, 2025
The flame may go out due to high or gusting winds; avoid using the outdoor fireplace in such conditions. It could also be due to low LP gas, so exchange, refill, or replace the LP gas tank. Another possibility is that the excess flow valve has tripped.
  • D
    Dominique ThorntonAug 27, 2025
Why is the flame yellow or orange on my Endless Summer GAD15236L?
    • K
      Kevin RodriguezAug 27, 2025
A yellow or orange flame can occur if a new burner has residual manufacturing oils; burn the outdoor fireplace for 15 minutes and reinspect. It can also happen if there are spider webs or insect nests in the burner/venturi tube, so clean the burner/venturi tube. Poor alignment of the valve to the burner/venturi tube can also cause this; ensure the burner/venturi tube is properly engaged with the valve.

    • J

Why does the Endless Summer GAD15236L Outdoor Fireplace flame seem to lose heat when burning in cold weather?
    • P
      pdavisSep 8, 2025
If the flame seems to lose heat in cold weather (below 50ºF), ice may have built up on the outside of the LP gas tank because the vaporization process is too slow. To fix this: 1. Turn off the fireplace. 2. Replace with a spare LP gas tank. 3. Reconnect the LP gas tank. 4. Check for leaks. 5. Light the outdoor fireplace.
