    • S
      Samuel NolanAug 2, 2025
A sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height in your Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace can occur if the unit is out of gas. In this case, exchange, refill, or replace the LP gas tank. Alternatively, the overfilling prevention device may have been activated. To resolve this: 1. Turn the control knob to “ OFF”. 2. Wait 30 seconds and light the outdoor fire table. 3. If the flames are still too low, reset the overfilling prevention device: * Turn control knob(s) “ OFF”. * Turn LP gas tank valve to “CLOSED”. * Disconnect regulator. * Turn control knobs to (HIGH). * Wait one minute. * Turn control knobs to “ OFF”. * Reconnect regulator and leak check connections, being careful not to fully open valve. * Light outdoor fire table.

Why is the flame yellow or orange on my Endless Summer GAD15257SP?
    • W
      wevansAug 12, 2025
The flame of your Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace might be yellow or orange due to a few reasons. A new burner may have residual manufacturing oils; in this case, burn the outdoor fire table for 15 minutes and reinspect. Alternatively, there might be spider webs or an insect nest in the burner/venturi tube, so clean the burner/venturi tube. Another possibility is poor alignment of the valve to the burner/venturi tube; ensure the burner/venturi tube is properly engaged with the valve.

Why does the flame keep going out on my Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace?
    • J
      jessica77Aug 23, 2025
The flame of your Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace may go out due to high or gusting winds; avoid using the outdoor fire table in high winds. It could also be due to low LP gas; exchange, refill, or replace the LP gas tank. The excess flow valve may have tripped; refer to the section on “Sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height”. Finally, the thermocouple may not be operating correctly; disconnect the LP Gas tank, clean the area around the thermocouple, reconnect the LP gas tank, and relight. If it still doesn't work, contact Customer Care.
