      The burner on your Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace might not light due to several reasons: the LP gas tank valve might be closed (make sure the regulator is securely attached and the valve is open), the LP gas tank could be low or empty (exchange, refill, or replace it), there might be an LP gas leak (turn the valve to “CLOSED,” wait 5 minutes, and check for leaks), the battery may need replacement, or the electrode and burners might be wet (wipe them dry). Also, the electrode could be cracked or broken, the wire might be loose or shorting, or the igniter itself could be bad.

Alternatively, the overfilling prevention device may have been activated. To resolve this: 1. Turn the control knob to “OFF”. 2. Wait 30 seconds and light the outdoor fireplace. 3. If flames are still too low, reset the overfilling prevention device: * Turn control knob(s) “OFF”. * Turn LP gas tank valve to “CLOSED”. * Disconnect regulator. * Turn control knobs to (HIGH). * Wait one minute. * Turn control knobs to “OFF”. * Reconnect regulator and leak check connections, being careful not to fully open valve. * Light outdoor fireplace.
