How to fix Endless Summer Liberty burner that won't light with igniter?
    • A
      alejandro86Jul 29, 2025
If the Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace burner doesn't light with the igniter, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the LP gas tank valve is open and the regulator is securely attached. If the tank is low or empty, replace or refill it. Check for LP gas leaks, and if found, close the tank valve, wait five minutes, and follow the leak-checking procedure. Also, a dead battery can prevent ignition, so replace the AA battery. Lastly, wipe the electrode and burners dry if they are wet.

Why Endless Summer Liberty burner won't light with a match?
    • R
      Roger HarringtonAug 3, 2025
If your Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace burner isn't lighting with a match, there could be a few reasons. Begin by checking if the LP gas tank is empty. If it's not empty, there may be an obstruction of gas flow or burner ports clogged or blocked. Also, make sure that coupling nut and regulator are fully connected.

What to do if Endless Summer Liberty has sudden drop in gas flow?
    • H
      Hannah SmithAug 8, 2025
If you notice a sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height in your Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace, the first thing to check is the gas level; you may be out of gas and need to exchange, refill, or replace the LP gas tank. Alternatively, the overfilling prevention device may have been activated. To resolve this: 1. Turn the control knob to "OFF." 2. Wait 30 seconds, then light the outdoor fire pit. 3. If the flames are still too low, reset the overfilling prevention device by following the instructions in the manual.

Why does my Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace flame keep going out?
    • K
      Kevin WeaverAug 12, 2025
Several factors can cause the flame to go out on your Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace. High or gusting winds could be the culprit, so avoid using it in such conditions. Also, check your LP gas level, as being low on gas can cause the flame to extinguish. Finally, the excess flow valve may have tripped; in this case, refer to the section on 'Sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height'.

Why is the flame yellow or orange on my Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace?
    • E
      Elizabeth WagnerAug 18, 2025
A yellow or orange flame on your Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace could be due to a few reasons. If the burner is new, it might have residual manufacturing oils; try burning the fire pit for 15 minutes and then re-inspect the flame. Another cause could be spider webs or insect nests in the burner/venturi tube, so clean these areas. Finally, poor alignment of the valve to the burner/venturi tube could be the problem; ensure they are properly engaged.

How to fix irregular flame pattern on Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace?
    • M
      Marissa TuckerAug 23, 2025
An irregular flame pattern, where the flame doesn't run the full length of the burner on your Endless Summer Outdoor Fireplace, is typically caused by clogged or blocked burner ports. Cleaning the burner ports should resolve this issue.
