Closing the lid
The intensity of the contact pressure is designed for a fully populated block. When using
only a few samples in the block, place an additional two (empty) tubes of the same
height in the four corner positions of the block. Otherwise, the sample tubes could be
damaged.
Never attempt to close the heated lid by force. This could damage the device.
} Insert the samples to the block.
} Use the lid sealing button to close the lid until the button engages with a click.
} Turn the wheel clockwise until you clearly hear a clicking sound.
ü The lid has reached the correct contact pressure.
