For ambient temperatures higher than +70 °C, use suitable heat-
resisting cables or wires, cable entries and sealing facilities for Ta =
+5 K above surrounding.
The maximum diameter of external lead wire is 1.5 mm

The creepage distance and clearances of 3 mm for terminals are to be
upheld after external wiring.

Explosive atmosphere
In an explosive atmosphere, do not open the device when voltage is
supplied (ensure that the IP 66/67 housing protection is maintained
during operation).
Safety
instructions:
Special conditions
The temperature of the enclosure shall not exceed +100 °C.
Install the sensor, type TTSP, in temperature assemblies with
terminal head and extension parts, which shall have a degree of
protection of at least IP54 in compliance with EN/IEC 60079-0 and
EN/IEC 60079-7 and its ultimate application.
For assure that the temperature assembly has a degree of protection
of at least IP54 the user has to provide a thermowell or equivalent
component at the process side.
Sensors are to be mechanically protected by thermowell.
The thermometer must be installed and maintained so, that even in
the event of rare incidents, an ignition source due to impact or
friction between the enclosure and iron/steel is excluded.
