Why is recording not available on my Eneo PNR-5104 DVR?

  If recording is unavailable on your Eneo DVR, verify that hard drives have sufficient space and a recording schedule is configured. Ensure the device is registered as an admin user, as the recording function is only supported under this registration. Check the recording status of the device. Also, if the same device is registered on another NVR system, only the first connected NVR system records video until the connection of the first NVR system is released. To enable recording on the current NVR system, either delete the device registration or disable the device on the other NVR system.
