When using the bench, ensure the Backrest Adjustment Bar is secured before use.
Seat and Back Adjustment
Use the Backrest Adjustment Bar (#7) to select the Backrest position.
Use the Seat Adjustment Lock Pin (#27) to select the Seat height.
