Trouble Shooting
• Check power outage.
•
Check if circuit breaker is tripped.
•
Check if the plug is plugged in.
•
Check if the remote-control sensor is
covered by clothes or anything else.
•
Check the water supply
•
Check if water feed valve is closed.
•
Check if water feed hose is frozen.
•
Check if power lamp or power saving lamp 1 is
blinking
•
Check if the sitting sensor is properly activated.
•
Wait for water service to resume.
•
Open water feed valve.
•
Make the frozen part warm using hot and
wet cloth or make the room warmer to
unfreeze. Never use hot water or hot air,
that may cause a hose breakage.
•
Contact authorised service centre.
•
Remove any item from sitting sensor.
•
Wait for power supply.
•
Reset the circuit breaker.
•
Connect the plug.
•
Remove the item from remote-
control sensor.
•
Check if the lMter mesh is clean.
•
Check if the water feed hose is bent.
•
Check if the nozzle hole is clogged.
•
Check if the water pressure is set to low.
•
Check if the tap water pressure is less than
220kPa.
•
Clean the lMter mesh.
•
Flatten the bending.
•
Clean the nozzle.
•
Set it to high.
•
Tap water pressure should be
220~500kPa.
•
Check if water temperature is set to OFF or Low.
•
Check if cleansing is used continuously.
•
Set the temperature to medium or high.
•
Stand up from the seat and sit again
before operating cleansing.
Nozzle does not move.
Cleansing water not
coming.
Product is not working.
Water pressure is too weak.
Cleansing water is not
suflciently warm.
•
Check if the sitting sensor is properly activated. • Remove any item from sitting sensor.
Seat is not
suflciently warm.
•
Check if seat temperature is set to OFF or Low.
•
Check if the seat has been occupied for a very
short time.
•
Check if the power saving mode is ON.
•
Set the temperature to medium or high.
•
Wait for 5 minutes, it will get warm.
•
It will get warm in 3 to 5 minutes.
Main unit Doesn’t sit on the
toilet bowl securely.
•
Check if mounting bolt is tightened securely.
•
Tighten the screw.
Drying stops during
operation.
•
Check if drying has been operating for more than
5 minutes.
•
Press the dryer button again.
Air temperature is too low.
•
Check if air temperature is set to OFF or Low. •
Set the temperature to medium or high.
Deodorisation is not working.
•
Check if deodorisation has been set.
•
Press deodorisation button.
Deodorisation stops during
operation.
•
Check if the seat has been occupied for more
than 15 minutes.
• Press the deodorisation button again.
Bad smell not effectively
removed.
•
Check if there are dusts in the deodorisation
lMter.
• Clean the deodorisation lMter.
Remote control LCD window is
dim.
•
Check batteries. • Replace batteries.
Low voltage warning is
displayed in remote control
window.
•
Check batteries. • Replace batteries.
Water leaks from nozzle
automatically.
•
When the water temperature is 1°C or lower,
water is discharged hourly for 5 seconds.
• This is not a product failure, but
freezing prevention arrangement is
recommended.
