ornotforeseeable.InnoeventshallEnseobeliablefor(a)anydirect,indirect,special,exemplary,consequential,
incidental,orpplayerivedamages(including,butnotlimitedto,procurementofsubstitutegoodsorservices;lossof
use,data,orprofits;orbusinessinterruption)foranycauseofaction,whetherincontract,tortorotherwise,or(b)
anyamountinexcessofthepricepaidorduetobepaidbycustomertoEnseoforthisProduct.Enseo’sliabilityin
contract,tortorotherwisearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisProductortheperformanceofthisProduct,shall
notexceedthepricepaidorduetobepaidbycustomerfortheProductthatisthesubjectoftheclaim.
