Make sure to observe the installation

control unit and therein give sensor
installation details.
Make sure to observe the safety and
installation instructions of the sauna
heater manufacturer.
The sauna control unit must be com-
pletely disconnected from power.
The installation may be carried out only
by a qualied electrician.

3.1 Installation
Compatible control units
The F2 humidity sensor is compatible with the
following sauna control units:
EOS Econ H3
EOS Econ H4
Place of installation
The humidity sensor should be mounted in the
middle of the sauna wall opposite to the heater
at the height approx. 150 cm.
Mounting the sensor
1. Bore a hole in the sauna cabin wall.
2. Pull the connection cable through this
hole.
3. Connect the sensor board to the cable
as per connection plan.
4. Fasten the sensor board to the wall with
two screws.
5. Remove protective sleeve from the sen-
sor. Fit the sensor housing on the board.
6. Route the cable to the control unit and
connect to the corresponding termi-
nals as per connection diagram.

Incorrect measurement by wrong in-
stallation place
By installation at the wrong place or operation
with protective sleeve the sensor measure-
ments will be incorrect.
Mount the sensor at the correct place.
Ask EOS service in unsure.
Remove protective sleeve o the sensor
body upon installation.
Damage by wrong connection
By incorrect connection the control unit and/or
sensor may get damaged.
Make sure to connect the sensor as per
connection diagram.
