Maintenance Instructions
Prepare the truck for maintenance
and repairs
All necessary safety measures must be
taken to avoid accidents when carrying out
maintenance and repairs. The following
preparations must be made:
Park the truck securely (See section
Parking the truck securely).
Remove the key to prevent the truck from
improper operation.
When working under a raised lift truck,
secure it to prevent it from tipping or sliding
away.
Open the battery hood
Unlock the battery switch(1).
Open the battery hood(2).

• Jack up the vehicle with lifting equipment, make the steer wheels o󰀨 the ground;
• Power o󰀨 and place a wooden wedge under the chassis near steer wheel, make the wheel
o󰀨 the ground;
