Printer Software Introduction
The printer software which comes with your printer includes a
printer driver and printer utilities. The printer driver lets you
choose from a wide variety of settings to get the best results from
your printer. The printer utilities help you check the printer and
keep it in top operating condition.
Accessing the printer software
After you open your application program and create your
document, you are ready to select your printer software settings.
From the File menu, click Print. You see your application’s Print
dialog box.
Make sure your printer is selected in the dialog box. Once you
click Properties, Printer, Setup or Options (Depending on your
application, you may need to click a combination of these
buttons.), you see your printer software dialog box.
Note:
You can get specific help related to any item on a menu by right-clicking
the item and then clicking the What’s This? command.
