Changing the Default Settings
The prescan feature lets you preview the image to see
how it will look when scanned. If any adjustments are
needed, change one or more of the following settings
to obtain better results.
Scan Mode
The scan mode indicates how an image should be
scanned. Select one of the following:
Normal Sends a single scanned image to the
host application. This is the default
mode.
Batch Mode Scans several individual images at
the same time and sends them all to
the host application.
Batch Mode Tiff Is similar to Batch Mode, except that
scanned images are saved directly to
a TIFF file instead of imported into
your host application.
