Setting the Densitometer Measuring Point
In addition to having the desitometer display values
based on the mouse position, you can also fix the
measurement point to a specific location on an image.
This is useful when you want to set a value for a
specific area on an image, such as adjusting the
highlights in an image.
To set the densitometer measuring point:
1. Move the mouse pointer to the point on the image
where you want to measure image density.
2. Press the Shift key while clicking the image.
A red cross appears at the reading point on the
image. This point remains the stable reading point
until you again press the Shift key while clicking the
image.
