3. Press the OK button.
4. Use the arrow buttons to select Operation Time Out and press the OK button.
5. Select Modify and press the OK button.
6. Select Off and press the OK button.

Preventing PC Connection via USB
You can disable access from a USB-connected computer. This restricts non-network access to the
product and protects the security of confidential scanned documents.
Note: This setting can be locked by an administrator. If you cannot access or change this setting,
contact your administrator for assistance.
1. Press the home button, if necessary.
2. Use the arrow buttons to select Settings and press the OK button.
