Double-click the Epson Scan desktop icon to launch the scanning application.
Click the 'Scan' button within the Epson Scan interface to begin the scanning process.
Select file location, name, and format (e.g., JPEG) for saved scanned files.
Close the Epson Scan application after the scanning process is finished.
Follow initial steps and select file save settings for PDF output.
Choose PDF (*.pdf) as the image format and configure advanced options.
Set paper size to A3 and select desired orientation for PDF output.
Choose to save the file, add more pages, or edit scanned pages before saving.
Rotate or delete scanned pages using the editing tools in the Epson Scan interface.
Close the Epson Scan application after saving the PDF document.
Ensure the scanner is switched on and the power light is steady.
Click 'No' to close the error message window after checking scanner status.
