12 Copying
Placing an original CD/DVD
To copy your original CD/DVD label design, place
the original CD/DVD in the center of the document
table as shown below.
Copying Originals
Tip:
Plain photocopier paper works well for making everyday
copies. For crisper text and more vivid colors, try one of the
special Epson papers (& Selecting Paper” on page 7).
You can print long-lasting photos with a professional finish
(& “Reprinting Photos on page 15).
1. Load your paper (& page 8).
2. Place your original on the document table
(& “Placing Originals on the Document Table”
on page 11).
3. Press the r [Copy] mode button.
Note:
This product retains the last settings you used, so always
check them to make sure they are the ones you want.
4. Use the u or d button to select a menu item and
use the l or r button to select a setting item. Use
the Copies + or - buttons to set the number of
copies.
Note:
When CD/DVD Copy is selected as the Layout, you cannot
change the number of copies.
5. Press the x [Print Settings] button to change the
settings (& “Selecting special print settings” on
page 13). Then press OK to apply the new
settings.
6. Press the x Start button. Your document is
copied.
If you need to stop copying, press the
y Stop/Clear button.
Tip:
If you need to make your copies lighter or darker, press the
x [Print Settings] button and adjust the Copy Density.
Icon panel Text panel
Select Color for color copies or B&W for
black-and-white copies.
Select the type of document you want to copy.
Select a layout option (& “Selecting a copy layout”
on page 13).
