The paper is jammed 4. Open the front cover if the paper is jammed inside the printer.
Caution:
Be careful not to touch the cables around the print head; otherwise, the
printer may be damaged.

5. Carefully pull down the jammed paper.
Be careful not to touch the roller, ink absorption, and ink tubes inside the
printer.
6. Close the front cover, and then turn the printer off and back on.
