Follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
Product is heavy; lift and move by two people. Remove all protective materials carefully.
Connect the power cord and turn on the product. Do not connect to the computer yet.
Select your language, country, and time on the LCD screen for initial setup.
Unlock tray, remove packaging, shake ink pack, insert it correctly into the tray.
Release and pull out the ink pack tray, remove protective piece, then reinsert.
Shake ink pack 10 times, then place it level into the tray and secure the handle.
Insert the ink pack tray into the printer until it clicks.
Close the ink pack tray cover, lock it, and press OK to start ink charging.
Ensure ink charging is done, pull out the paper cassette, and adjust edge guides.
Insert paper with the printable side down, aligned with arrow marks and front edge.
Insert the paper cassette fully, then pull out the output tray extension.
Connect a phone cord to the wall jack and the LINE port on your product.
Choose connection method (Wireless, USB, Wired Network) and follow on-screen instructions.
Download and run the software package from the Epson website for setup.
Print wirelessly from iOS, Android, or via Epson Connect services.
Run nozzle check and clean print head if lines or incorrect colors appear.
Wake screen from sleep mode; ensure USB cable is securely connected.
Find help via desktop icon, applications, or the Epson support website.
