5.8 Instructions for replacing the lamps
The UV effect of the lamps and thus the tanning effect decreases over the
course of time. Therefore, the replacement intervals specified in the mainte-
nance plan must be adhered to.
5.8.1 Low pressure lamps
y Replace faulty UV low pressure lamps immediately.
y Always replace the entire set of lamps after the specified operating time.
– Turn 90° and carefully remove from the socket.
– UV low pressure lamps possess a reflector which directs the light out-
wards. The lamps must be mounted in such a way that the rear side of
the reflector is located on the device side.
– Push the pins vertically into the socket from above.
– Turn the lamp 90°.
The lettering must be oriented towards the outside (i.e. towards the user).
