23.5 SIMCONDAT is missing
To be able to put SIMCONDAT high, SIMVCC must be high (and correct).
Measure SIMDAT, 2.7 ± 0.10 V

on R803,
there should also be VDIG at the other side of R803.
If SIMDAT is missing on R803, it can depend on D600 or a foil damage.
If it is correct, the fault can depend on N700, R904, R807, C808 or V805.
23.6 SIMCONCLK is missing
Measure SIMCLK, 2.7 ± 0.10 V

from D600 on R809.
If SIMCLK is missing, it can depend on D600 or a foil damage.
If it is correct, the fault can depend on N700, R806, C807 or V805.
23.7 All signals are correct
Measure the resistance on J800: 5 against ground (0.0 Ohm).
If the resistance is correct, the fault can be due to D600, N700 or bad soldering at any of the
components mentioned in this chapter.
