Turn on the unit and start ventilation
Pour 5 mL of acetone on an absorbing cloth placed
within the fume hood
Connect to the appropriate fan box depending on your unit model:
Carbon lter
Fan Box
Hose connection

Remove sample port cork and connect hose
to the fan box
Break tip off a fresh detector tube.
Sampling pumps are usually equipped
with tube tip breaker.
Insert the tube into the pump inlet, in
the correct direction. Tubes are usually
marked to indicate direction.
