Problem Reason Soluton
It does not rinse well. The amount, brand and storage conditions of the
detergent used are inappropriate.
 Use a detergent approprate for the washng
machne and your laundry. Keep detergents
closed n an envronment free of humdty and
do not expose them to excessve temperatures.
Detergent is put in the wrong compartment.  If detergent s put n the prewash
compartment although prewash cycle s not
selected, machne can take ths detergent
durng rnsng or softener step. Put the
detergent n the correct compartment.
Pump filter is clogged.  Check the flter.
Drain hose is folded.  Check the dran hose.
Laundry became stiff after
washing. (**)
Insufficient amount of detergent is used.  Usng nsuffcent amount of detergent for
the water hardness can cause the laundry to
become stff n tme. Use approprate amount
of detergent accordng to the water hardness.
Detergent is put in the wrong compartment.  If detergent s put n the prewash

Detergent has gotten damp.  Keep detergents closed n an envronment
free of humdty and do not expose them to
excessve temperatures.
Water pressure is low.  Check the water pressure.
The detergent in the main wash compartment got
wet while taking in the prewash water. Holes of
the detergent compartment are blocked.
 Check the holes and clean f they are clogged.
There is a problem with the detergent drawer valves.  Call the Authorsed Servce Agent.
Detergent might be mixed with the softener.  Do not mx the softener wth detergent.
Wash and clean the dspenser wth hot water.
Regular drum cleaning is not applied.  Clean the drum regularly. For ths, please
see 4.4.2.
Too much foam forms in the
machine. (**)
Improper detergents for the washing machine are
being used.
 Use detergents approprate for the washng

Detergent was stored under improper conditions.  Store detergent n a closed and dry locaton.
Do not store n excessvely hot places.
Some meshed laundry such as tulle may foam too
much because of their texture.
 Use smaller amounts of detergent for ths
type of tem.
Detergent is put in the wrong compartment.  Put the detergent n the correct
compartment.
Softener is being taken early.  There may be problem n the valves or n the
detergent dspenser. Call the Authorsed
Servce Agent.
Foam is overflowing from the
detergent drawer.
Too much detergent is used.  
and pour nto the man wash compartment of
the detergent drawer.
 Put detergent nto the machne sutable
for the programmes and maxmum
loads ndcated n the “Programme and
consumpton table”. When you use addtonal
chemcals (stan removers, bleachs and etc),
reduce the amount of detergent.
