ATTENTION:
– The „UniBag” dust lter is not intended for repeated use.
– DO NOT THROW THE ADAPTER AWAY!
– Please fasten the „UniBag” dust lter back to the adapter.
– If the adapter is damaged or lost, you can buy the respective adapter as a spare part in
the elektro shops.
Replacing the micro lters
After replacing approx. 5 pcs of dust lters it is necessary to clean the micro lters or
replace them by new ones in case of visible damage. Dispose of used dust lters and micro
lters with common house waste. We recommend changing the exhaust HEPA micro lter 1
x a year.
Suction micro lter
Pull out the cassette A10 with micro lter in the suction space (pic. 14). Open the cassette,
clean the A11 micro lter in running lukewarm water and let dry thoroughly (pic. 16). Replace
the cassette behind the two protrusions and slide it into the suction space all the way.
Exhaust HEPA micro lter
Remove the cover of the vacuum cleaner by pulling by the two protrusions in the bottom
part of the exhaust cover A15 (pic. 15). Pull out the cassette A16. Tap the dust out of
the lter over a dustbin or to clean the lter through a blowing (we recommend the lter
cleaning outside of living area for hygiene reasons). If the protection micro lter is very dirty,
you can also rinse the pleated side of the HEPA lter under lukewarm slow-running tap.
Hold the lter in such a way that the pleated side points upwards and the water ows
parallel to the pleats. Hold the lter at an angle so that the water washes away the dirt
inside the pleats. Turn the lter 180° and let the water ow along the pleats in the opposite
direction. Continue this process until the lter is clean. After drying, insert the cartridge back
to the vacuum cleaner in the opposite way.
ATTENTION
– Neglecting the replacement of the micro filters may lead to failure of the vacuum cleaner!
– The maximum suction effect will be reached with a clean lter and an dust lter.
– Do not use any aggressive washing or cleaning agents or hot water to clean the HEPA
lter and the micro-lter.
– Cleaning the lter will not restore its original colour, but it will restore its ltration
properties.
– The HEPA lter and the micro-lters are not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher.
– Make sure that the contact surfaces and sealing elements are functional.
– We recommend replacing the HEPA lter twice a year. Replace the other micro-lters if
they cannot be cleaned properly or if they are damaged. You can buy a replacement dust
lter, a HEPA lter and a micro-lter in the elektro shop chain.
Storing the accessory
One of the attachments (e.g. cushion, slit nozzle and brush) may be slid onto the holder
that is xed to the telescopic tube. The remaining accessory, oor nozzle, suction tubes and
hose may be disassembled or left assembled and hung into the parking openings A18 on
the back panel or bottom of the vacuum cleaner.
