16. Troubleshooting and assistance
16.1. Resetting errors
Proceed as follows:
1. Open the guard.
2. Switch off operating voltage at the locking module for min. 3 seconds or connect 24V to the input RST for min. 3
seconds.
Alternatively, the internal reset (see 7. System overview on page 12) can be pressed for 3 seconds with a pointed
object, e.g. ball-point pen.
¨ The green LED (State) ashes quickly (approx. 5Hz in case of AR conguration). A self-test is performed during this time
(approx. 10s in case of AR conguration). The LED then cyclically ashes three times.
3. Close guard and switch on guard locking.
¨ The system is in normal operation again.
