LIMITED WARRANTY
What Is Covered. Eureka! warrants that its products are free
from defects in material and workmanship for two years
from the in service date except as qualied below, and
as described in contract GSA# : GS-03F-0024U.
What Is Not Covered. Eureka! shall be not responsible for
normal wear and tear (e.g. exhausted zippers), or de-
fects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, misuse or
improper care.




What Eureka! Will Do. If after inspection we nd that a
product failed due to a manufacturing or material de-
fect, we will repair or replace the product, at our option,
without charge.
How To Obtain Warranty Service. Contact Eureka!'s Customer
Satisfaction Department for return authorization.

How State Law Relates To This Warranty. This warranty gives
you specic legal rights, and you may have other rights
which vary from state to state.
