CHECK THE MOTOR CARBON BRUSHES
CHECK AND REMOVE THE MOTOR CARBON BRUSHES ONE AT A TIME SO AS NOT TO INVERT
THEM. THE MOTOR CARBON BRUSHES SETTLE AND WEAR DIFFERENTLY THE ONE FROM THE
OTHER, CONSEQUENTLY IF THESE ARE INSPECTED AND PUT BACK ON AGAIN BECAUSE THEY
ARE NOT FULLY WORN, THEY MUST BE REFITTED IN THE SAME POSITION.
 VACUUM MOTOR CODE
Check the motor carbon brushes and if necessary replace them when their length reaches 6mm.
Length of new motor carbon brush: 25mm.
 TRACTION GEAR REDUCTION MOTOR
Check the motor carbon brushes and if necessary replace them when their length reaches 10mm.
Length of new motor carbon brush: 19mm.
 BRUSH GEAR REDUCTION MOTOR
Check the motor carbon brushes and if necessary replace them when their length reaches 10mm.
Length of new motor carbon brush: 19mm.
 BRUSH GEAR REDUCTION MOTOR
Check the motor carbon brushes and if necessary replace them when their length reaches 10mm.
Length of new motor carbon brush: 19mm.
MACHINE
 Check that the batteries clamps are not loosen or oxidized
 Check the cover gasket
 Make sure there are no loose screws or bolts
 Make sure the squeegee gas spring is not damaged and that it is working properly
 Check and clean the recovery tank drain valve
 Check the vacuum motor float filter
 Check the drainpipe of the recovery and solution tank
 Make sure the squeegee vacuum pipe is not broken or blocked
 Check and if necessary rotate or replace the squeegee blades
 Check the wheel bearing (VERSION W/O TRACTION)
 Check the squeegee lifting lever and the related cable
 Check the bushings on the squeegee
 Check and eventually clean the cooling grid of the vacuum motor
 Check the adjusting/closing detergent solution tap
 Check the solenoid valve (if present)
 Check the pivoting wheel
 Make sure all machine functions are operating correctly
