Troubleshooting
If your heater fails to operate, or you experience any other problem with the
appliance that cannot be resolved using the table below, please contact our
after sales centre for advice or to arrange a service.
Issue Possible Reason Solution
No power
The power cord is not
connected properly.
Connect the power
cord
There is no power from
the socket.
Check that the socket
is turned on, or try a
different socket
The power switch on
the back of the unit is
turned off.
Ensure the power
switch on the back of
the unit is in the ON
position.
Odour emission from
unit
When the unit is used
for the first time, the
fan motor may produce
and odour which will
dissipate within a week
or so of use.
No action required.
Strong vibrations and
noise
The unit has been
placed on a sloped or
uneven surface.
Place the unit on a flat
surface. If necessary,
place an anti-vibration
mat underneath it.
The unit may be
damaged.
If the heater is damaged
discontinue use and
contact our after sales
service centre.
