1. Assemble the backrest. Insert the lower part of the
headrest

into the grooves on the backrest

, as
shown.
2. Assemble the backrest. Squeeze the pull handle

and slide the headrest down to complete the
assembly. Make certain the headrest locks securely
into the backrest by pulling up on the headrest.
Note: This is a one-time assembly and may require
additional force to connect properly.
6. Check your work. Inspect the booster seat. Pull up
on the headrest to make sure is securely attached
to the backrest. Make sure the seat pad is hooked
into place. Pull out on the backrest to make sure it is
securely attached to the base. Repeat any assembly
steps as necessary.
5. Install the backrest assembly. Position the base

over the backrest assembly

. Slide the base onto
the backrest assembly. Make certain the base locks
into place with an audible click.
3. Attach the seat pad to
the backrest assembly.
Connect elastic seat pad
straps to the hooks on
backrest assembly.
4. Attach the seat pad
to the base. Connect
elastic seat pad straps

to the hooks on the
bottom of the base. Push
retainer clips

into the
corresponding holes in
the front of the base.
