TimeFactor Initialization
Procedure:
1. Take the power supply and plug it into the wall first, plug the other end of the
power supply into the TimeFactor.
3. While the unit powers up, quickly push and hold down the encoder knob, the
left most knob in the lower row of knob controls and middle footswitch, labeled
“Repeat”. As soon as you see “INITIALIZING…” on the display, let go of the encoder
knob and middle footswitch. The unit will initialize the unit and then boot up as normal.
5. The unit is now initialized and the preset banks are unlocked.
To check if the unit is properly initialized:
1. Unplug the power supply from the unit to power it off.
2. Plug the power supply back into the unit to power it on.
3. Once the unit has been completely booted up, push and hold down the encoder
button and right footswitch, labeled “Tap”.
