OVEN FUNCTION CONTROL CHART
Please note: The following chart is for model OBEP601. Read the next section for full explanations of the
different functions.
Note: Oven shelves are numbered from 5 at the top down
to 1 at the bottom when referring to the food cooking
chart.
During heated oven functions a cooling fan in the top of the oven will operate in order to cool down the oven
door and kitchen cabinet as well as reducing condensation in the oven. There will then be a slight release of
warm air from the top of the closed oven door. This is not a leak in heat from the oven cavity.
