TREADMILL OPERATION
QUICKSTART:
After the treadmill is powered on and the safety key is in place, simply press the START key. The
treadmill will start at the minimum speed of 0.5 mph, the time will count up from zero, and all data will
begin to accrue. You can adjust the speed manually by pressing the Fast and Slow buttons, and you
can adjust the Incline with the Up and Down buttons.
PROGRAMS
STEP 1: Press Program button to scroll through from Manual preset programs. Press Enter to select
the program you desire.
STEP 2: Preset time for programs is 30 minutes. Press the
SPEED ▲ / button to modify the time
value.
STEP 3 Press START button to begin your workout.
STEP 4: During the program, you can adjust the SPEED and INCLINE by pressing "
SPEED ▲ / ▼
button and
INCLINE / button or use rapid keys to jump directly to a setting.
STEP 5: Press "STOP" button to stop your workout or pull safety key away from its position to shut
down the computer.
USER PROGRAMS
STEP 1: Press Program button to scroll to USER 1 or USER 2 press Enter.
STEP 2: Use the SPEED ▲ / ▼ button to adjust the time up from 30 minutes (if desired). Press
the Enter key.
STEP 3: Press the SPEED ▲ / button to adjust the speed level to your desired effort and press
the INCLINE ▲/ button to adjust the incline level to your desired effort hen press Enter.
Repeat the above process until all 20 segments have been programmed.
STEP 4: Press the Start button to begin the workout.
TARGET HRC1 HRC2
STEP 1: Press Program button to scroll to HR1 (preset value (220-age*60%)) and HR2.
(preset value (220age) *80%)), press Enter
HRC1 adjust the speed to keep the heart rate at the target value.
HRC2 adjust the incline to keep the heart rate at the target value.
STEP 2: Press SPEED ▲ / ▼ button to adjust the age and press enter.
STEP 3: Press
SPEED ▲ / ▼ button to adjust target Heart Rate, then press ENTER
button to proceed to the next step.
STEP 4: The preset value of time is 30:00, and the range is from 5:00 to 99:00. Press
SPEED ▲ / ▼ button to modify.
STEP 5: Press START to execute your program.
STEP 6: Press "STOP" button to stop your workout or pull safety key away from its position to
shut down the computer.
Note:
Hand pulse sensor to be used. If no heart rate detected the program will stop.
