REAR DERAILLEUR HANGER INSTALL

STEP STEP STEP
Before hnger instlltion, ensure dropout re is clen nd free
of dirt nd debris. nsert hnger into frme. Ensure hnger is in
correct orienttion nd mtes correctly with frme.
With 5mm hex key, instll rer derilleur hnger bolt nd torue
to 85 in-lbs.
Exmple of finl ssembly with hnger instlled from left side.
FRAME SETUP

Ensure mounting surfce on fork is clen nd flt. With  4mm hex
key or T-25 Torx wrench lign brke cliper with inserts nd lightly
tighten bolts. Bolts should be tightened to torue specs once the
wheel nd rotor hve been ttched nd ligned. Note: Install
using hardware provided by brake manufacturer.
Ensure mounting surfce is clen nd flt. With  4mm hex key or
T-25 Torx wrench lign brke cliper nd lightly tighten bolts. Tighten
to torue specs once the wheel nd rotor hve been ttched nd
ligned. Note: Bolt length and spacing washers are specific to frame
width and brake assembly. Chamois Hagar rear chain stay width: 20mm.
BRAKE MOUNT

With  mm hex key tighten xle bolt to 5in-lb (8.4 Nm).

Lightly pply grese to the xle shft nd insert into the hole.
REAR AXLE MOUNT

Lightly grese xle, lign with wheel nd insert. With  5mm hex key tighten xle bolt to 8-5 in-lb (-2.5 Nm).
FRONT AXLE MOUNT

BRAZE-ON FRONT DERAILLEUR INSTALL

STEP STEP
With 3mm hex key, remove bolts from brze-on mounting inserts
locted on the drive side set tube.
nstll brze-on front derilleur hnger onto frme. Ensure
hnger is in correct orienttion s shown. Torue to 5 Nm.
