12) TROUBLESHOOTING
1) No notification to the phone app when a call is made
(a) Check that the indoor screen is paired with the outdoor camera and that it is
paired with the app.
(b) Make sure APP notifications are enabled in your phone's settings.

heck that the notification has been opened in the APP settings.

) Smartphone has no sound in intercom mode
(a) Check that the mobile phone allows the APP to access the microphone and
record. And whether the phone is in silent mode.

heck that the microphone of the doorbell camera is blocked.

) The application displays EVOLVEO DoorPhone W7 off-line

heck if the monitor is connected to WIFI or restart it.

) Monitor with no response or no ringing after a call is made

heck the "Display-Camera" box if the indoor screen is paired with an outdoor
camera.
(b) Check "Display-Ring" if the ringtone is on.

Check that the signal between the indoor screen and the outdoor camera is no

nterfered with or has not exceeded the appropriate distance.

heck that the call tone is turned off in " Camera -Tone setting".
(e) Make sure the "Mute switch" on the screen monitor is on.
5) No sound on the monitor during communication
(a) Check that the microphone of the internal display is blocked.
(b)

heck that the microphone of the outdoor camera is blocked.
(c) Make sure the volume setting is turned off.

Pairing the touch screen with an outdoor camera
Please note: the outdoor camera and indoor screen were paired at the factory,
no need to re-pair. If the device is not paired, please contact after-sales service
before performing the operation below.
