Warranty and post-warranty service
The warranty DOES NOT APPLY to:
• Installation of other firmware than the
originally installed in the EVOLVEO phone.
• Electromechanical or mechanical damage
to the phone caused by improper use (e.g.
cracked display, cracked front or back
cover of the phone, damaged micro-USB
power connector, SIM card slot, micro-
SDHC card slot, headphone jack, etc.)
• Damage to the speaker and/or
headphones by metallic particles.
• Damage by natural forces such as fire,
water, static electricity, high temperature.
• Faults caused by normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by repairs performed by
an unqualified person
• Phone firmware, if an update is required
due to changes of the mobile network
parameters.
• Mobile network failures
• Battery, in case it does not hold its
capacity after 6 or more months (the
warranty on the battery is 6 months).
• Intentional damage.
