• The installation of any firmware other than that
which has been initially installed in the EVOLVEO
telephone.
• Electromechanical or mechanical damage to the
telephone caused by improper use (e.g. broken
display, broken front or rear telephone cover,
damaged supply microUSB connector, SIM card
slot, microSDHC card slot, headphones inlet, etc.)
• Damage to the loudspeaker and headphones
caused by metallic particles.
• Damage caused by natural influences such as
fire, water, static electricity, or high temperatures.
• Failures caused by normal wear.
• Damage caused by repairs carried out by an
unqualified person.
• The telephone firmware if it requires updating
due to changes in the mobile network parameters.
• Failures in the mobile network.
• The battery if it does not keep its initial capacity
after 6 or more months (the guarantee on the
battery capacity is 6 months).
• Intentional damage.
