Installation and Safety:
- Location: Should be installed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area (at least 5cm clearance for airflow), away from flammable liquids or batteries in the same compartment. It should be installed as close to the battery as possible to minimize DC cable length.
- DC Cabling: Connect the negative terminal of the battery to the thick black wire and the positive terminal to the thick red wire of the system. It is crucial not to reverse battery connections to avoid blowing the DC fuse.
- AC Cabling: Plug the power cord into a properly earthed mains socket. The AC input supply should be connected to the system's 3-way terminal (Line to 'L', Neutral to 'N', Earth to 'E'). The input supply should remain ON once installed.
