WEEKLY MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE Cont.
Check service indicators on hydraulic filters when machine is running - (CHECKING CONDITION OF
FILTER INDICATORS IS THE ONLY CHECK TO BE MADE WHEN MACHINE IS RUNNING).
STOP MACHINE BEFORE REPLACING ELEMENTS.
2:- Replace element if service indicator is
red
4:- Lower oil cooler, lift up cover &
inspect service indicator.
1:- Remove cover plate & inspect service
indicator
3:- Replace cap, ensuring "O"- ring is in
place.

5:- Repeat stages 2 & 3 for
second filter. Close & secure
cover.
6:- Raise oil cooler and re-attach cover
plate & stay bar.
