Troubleshooting
Before you call Customer Service, check whether you can correct the problem/ fault
yourself. For this purpose, please see the “TROUBLESHOOTING” section. If you can not
resolve the problem/error, please call Customer Service: Before calling please make ready

The food
overows while
cooking
Chamber is overlled Adjust the lling amount
Temperature adjustment is high Adjust the temperature
The cover may be required to be
open for this type of food.
Open the appliance cover.
LED Display is
not working.
Appliance is turned off. Turn the appliance on.
There may be a problem with the
electric cable.
Replace it from the authorized
service.
Chamber
does not heat
sufficiently.
There may be a foreign object
between the appliance base and
chamber.
Remove the object.
Chamber’s bottom may be dirty. Clean the bottom of the chamber.
Appliance may be faulty. Call customer service.
A smell of
plastic occurs
This is normal. It will pass after a few uses.
There is water
coming at the
back of the
appliance.
Condensate chamber is full. Empty the condensate chamber.
Cooking

There is no electric.
Check the voltage on the electrical
