Troubleshooting
Before contacting the authorized Fakir Service center,
check to see if you can eliminate the problem yourself
with the help of the operating instructions.
WARNING!
Switch off and unplug the robot vacuum cleaner be-
fore beginning troubleshooting.
General errors
Possible cause Remedy
Appliance does not operate,
or appliance doe not charge
Battery is empty Charge battery
Appliance is switched off Switch on appliance
No electricity at wall socket Use other wall socket
Appliance does not vacuum Dust container is full Empty dust container
Filter is dirty Clean filter by washing
Appliance is unusally loud Vacuumed particles are stuck Remove particles
Error codes
If the robot is not functioning properly due to one of the following circumstances, please
do the following:
1. Press “STOP” 3 of the remote control. Ensure that the remote control signal is within
the active range of the appliance.
The error code will show in the remote control display beside one of the error
codes described below.
2. Perform the actions described below depending on the error display:
Error code Possible cause Remedy
E01 Stair detector sensors Clean the sensors (27)
E02 Central brush Remove any dirt and hair trapped in the
roller (23)
E03 Low battery Charge battery
E04 Side wheels Remove any dirt and hair trapped in the
wheels (24)
E05 Dust Container Fit adequately the dust container
If the failure persists after fulfilling these actions, do not use it and take it to an
authorized assistance service. Do not modify or repair the appliance
.
