Loosen the seat post clamp, keep the bike
steady, insert the seat post in the frame

Adjust the screw (Fig.2) until tight, then press in
lever(Fig.1)untilushwithclamp

When you need to adjust the height ofthe sad-
dle,rstloosentheseatpostclamp,thenmove
the seat post to the preferred height, tighten the
seat post clamp
