9.1.8. Operational life of the installation
• All the components of the lifeline are manufactured from of stainless steel according to the
AISI 316 / 431 / 304 , which have a great resistance to the atmospheric degradation.
• The operational life is a function of the building structure and of its capacity to maintain its
physical properties in the course of time.
• The operational life of the Securope lifeline is limited to 20 years.
