ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The standard machine is designed to work with a three-phase 380V/50HZ
network voltage. If the network voltage present in the system is three-phase
220V/50Hz, a specific request must be made.
Before connecting to the network, check the voltage on the machine plate.
It is recommended not to connect the machine to the mains until it has been
positioned and fully assembled.
The user's electrical system must comply with standards IEC 64.8 (CENELEC
HD 384, IEC 364-4-41).
There must be an equipotential ground system and upstream of the machine
there must be an automatic differential circuit breaker of suitable characteristics
which must be coordinated with the ground system as required by standard IEC
64-8.
Fig. 6 - Electrical connection
The connection to the mains must be made as follows:
1. Open the panel..
2. Pass the power cable
through the cable gland.
3. Connect the cable
phases to the terminals
T, S, R (see fig. 6) and
the earth cable to the PE
equipotential terminal.
Check that the lift works
properly. If it does not start,
reverse the two phases of
the supply cable.
In the “wiring diagram” there
is a diagram of the electrical system inside the machine. The connection to the
mains must be made using a 4x1.5 mm 2 cable with plug according to the EEC
standards.
Perform an electrical continuity test after connecting it properly.
WARNING! Interventions on the electrical system, even if minor, require
the intervention of professionally qualified personnel.
WARNING! The power supply must be protected by means of a circuit
breaker; it is forbidden to connect the machine directly to a line network.
