The periodical checks must be carried out by qualified personnel specialised in
performing such tasks and they must be recorded.
Performing the checks allows to maintain the equipment perfectly efficient, to guarantee both
optimal operation and the safety of the personnel using it.
The periodical checks must be carried out every 12 months starting from the first installation of the
equipment, and it must also be carried out after long periods of inactivity or after repairs, without
prejudice to the obligations regarding health and safety at the workplace in the country where the
machine is used.
