as that noted above.
- On model 744-082, open switch I

(9) Checking the spare indicator light function
This indicator light should come on when the calculated flight time drops below 40 min.
- Select the AS332 helicopter using the rear RH selector.
- Select the "kg" mode using the rear LH selector.
- Set LF generator G1 to a frequency of 70 Hz and an amplitude of 100 mV rms, then
switch off.

- Set the "DEBIT-FLOW/T-Q.REST/PRESET" switch to "PRESET" and select a quantity
of remaining full of 060 on the RH display using the "-/+" switch.
- Set the "DEBIT-FLOW/T-Q.REST/PRESET" switch to "T-Q.REST".
- Switch on LF generator G1.
- Increase the LF generator frequency so as to reduce the remaining flight time.
- Check that the spare indicator light comes on when the LH display (remaining flight
time) reads 40 min.
- Decrease the LF generator frequency so as to increase the remaining flight time.
- Check that the spare indicator light goes out when the LH display (remaining flight time)
reads 46 min.
