      If your Febo Flame Indoor Fireplace turns off and won't turn back on, it could be due to the overheat protection device being triggered or a tripped house circuit breaker. First, turn all controls off, unplug the appliance, and allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes before plugging it back in and restarting. If that doesn't work, check and reset your house circuit breaker.

      If the simulated flame effect on your Febo Flame Indoor Fireplace is dim or not present, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the dimmer control button isn't set too low by pushing the flame button to increase the light. * Remove screws holding back panel in place and remove back panel. Secure end of “Flame wand” back into the support bracket.
