SMONTAGGIO E PULIZIA VOMERE
Ogni 8-10 ore lavorative
Alzare il telaio porta elementi di trapianto di circa
50 mm dal terreno e comunque quanto basta per
controllare la pulizia interna del vomere tramite lo
smontaggio dello stesso.
ATTENZIONE! Non sollevare completa-
mente il telaio porta elementi e sdraiar-
si sotto alla macchina per effettuare la
pulizia.
Per lo smontaggio del vomere, procedere come
segue:
Svitare la viti (A) che blocca il vomere (B).
Battendo con un martello di plastica farlo uscire
dalla propria sede. In questa fase è consigliabile
(C), del perno
(D) e della testa snodo (E).
-
ta (F) non sia consumata, altrimenti entra la terra
e pregiudica il corretto funzionamento degli organi
meccanici interni.
Nel rimontare i componenti, fare molta attenzione
(G) sia centrato rispetto al vomere.
DISMOUNTING AND CLEANING THE PLOUGH
Every 8-10 working hours
Lift the transplanting element holding frame of ap-
prox. 50 mm from the ground and anyway enou-
gh to control the internal cleanness of the plough,
which must be disassembled.
ATTENTION! Do not fully lift the ele-
ment holding frame and lay under the
machine to carry out the cleaning.
To dismantle the plough, proceed as follows:
Remove the screws (A) that lock the plough (B).
Pull it out from its housing by beating with a plastic
hammer. In this phase, we recommend to verify the
wear of the bushings (C), pins (D) and the head
swivel (E).
Verify the integrity of the plough and that the sole
(F) is not worn; otherwise the ground will enter, af-
fecting the correct operation of the internal mecha-
nical units.
When reassembling the components, pay attention
that the expeller (G) is centered compared to the
plough.
